I think the problem is the USA is far more restrictive than Europe
with respect to Conditional access.
The main myth developers appear to be based in the USA, and this seems
to cause difficulty with improving myth with regards to conditional
access.
I think we can improve things, but we unfortunately cannot get it all
in the main myth tree.
I have been exploring what we can get into the main myth tree, and
trying to minimise the out of tree stuff.
