 I have the latest SVN trunk and there is no InspectHeader function in
 videodlg.cpp or anywhere else.

The same issue occurs in both 23-fixes and trunk, because the actual source of the issue is that tmdb has instituted redirects, which the current code does not like.
I believe that the current patch is for fixes and not for trunk because, as you pointed out, one of the patched files does not exist.
