[mythtv] undefined reference to 'dvdnav_set_active_audio_stream'

mythtv-0-22-fixes built correctly on my Ubuntu 9.04 systems up through about rev 23034.  Now I get

	../../libs/libmythtv/libmythtv-0.22.so: undefined reference to `dvdnav_set_active_audio_stream'

when linking, even after make distclean and full rebuild.  Any ideas?  Thanks.
