[mythtv] LiveTV OSD Theme question

Something I've been asked by a couple of myth users I've setup and something 
I'd like myself. When browsing channels via the OSD in LiveTV, rather than 
displaying on channel at a time, is it possible to display a translucent popup 
vertical list of the channels and what's being broadcast.

Is it possible to do something like that with the 0.22 themes or 0.23?
