The setting itself was unused--meaning regardless of how you flipped the
switch in 0.22--you got the group summary.  Because of this, it was
removed.  There's no less functionality, now, than there was before the
setting was removed from the setup screens--we just have one less
confusing setting (especially confusing because it has no effect).

There is a plan to completely rework how the group summary is done.  The
new approach won't require a setting in the settings page and will allow
people who want to see it to see it and people who don't to not see it.
