[mythtv] [Q]: how does mythtv "decides" if a channel (DVB-S) is encrypted?

One more thing: setting is_encrypted to 0 in the DB seems to fix it, but 
I guess this is temporary any scan will destroy that and perhaps this 
is  updated by the BE also?
