[mythtv] Seek (back and forth) broken in MythTV trunk r23186

A little searching of the commits leads me to deduce that this change 
was introduced in 23106. 23102 and 23013 made changes related to the 
same bug (6814) but did not affect the key bindings.
I'm about to try to figure out exactly what changed.
