If your runtime was up-to-date, it should have been just a matter of adding "#include <sys/time.h>" to the Myth source.  5.1.6 is the version of the MinGW auto-installer program; individual components have their own version numbers.  /mingw/include/_mingw.h has the runtime version (current is 3.17).
