[mythtv] Win Build 23088 Fails

Jeff -> That's very odd indeed then.... I'm running 5.1.6 - why was the
function not found? However, very probable I've broken something with my
edits... sigh...


Others-> It's apparent a lot of the Win dev may be happening on VS2008 -
which is fine, but it's not free, making it a bit tricky for the average SVN
tester to test and user to use - if you see what I mean. I don't suppose
there is any way to test using the MS Express Visual C++/C# is there ?
