The INFO button should toggle between:
  Visualization
  Full-screen cover
  ID3 info (with cover in a corner)

The ID3 screen should be editable if the file is writable.
The ID3 screen should also show the filename (including relative path),
as that will often reveal information when it is missing in the tags.
