Exapnd it to what my Pre does: when typing "Ha", the PJ Harvey also 
shows up (i.e. it looks at beginnings of words, not titles). This helps 
when you're not sure if it is "firstname lastname", or the reverse, and 
prefixes like "The" can be left as they are.
