Thanks.  I took out the one in scheduler.cpp.  I think that was where I
originally had the event and then I added the other one later since it
catches more cases and I forgot to take out the first one.

No, fix is committed in [23593].  If you notice anything else off, go
ahead and open one and assign it to cpinkham and I'll take a look.
