It would be nice to have a new build process from scratch.  The more I look
at/work on the script, the less I feel like it's the way forward.  At least
now the sources of the packages are controlled and won't up and disappear on
us, and there's a known working-good revision of trunk with a modern version
of Qt.  It establishes a baseline but it's got a long, long way to go.  If
anyone else has suggestions as to how we could better handle dependency
gathering and building on Windows, I am all ears.
