I saw this issue until I set the myth binaries to run as administrator. I
suspect the issue has something to do with new Qt and/or gcc 4.4, but I am
only just getting involved in the windows stuff myself. May, I suppose,
also have something to do with the ffmpeg sync since the binaries that don't
link libav* seemed to work without that change. Will see if anyone has any
ideas.
