    FFmpeg sync to revision 24819
    
    move FFmpeg libraries to external/FFmpeg and add libavfilter and
    libavcore. Use FFmpeg's handwritten Makefiles to compile everything
    under external/FFmpeg. This makes FFmpeg syncs easier.
    
    New and improved codecs and features:
    Native VP8 decoder, AAC SBR and PS (full HeAACv2 support), WebM, libvpx,
    DXVA2, indeo5, wmavoice, binkvideo, amr-nb
    
    libfaad decoder is removed and for now LATM-support.
    
    Tested on linux, compiled in mingw32
