I test after each ffmpeg sync and it was still reproduceable after the
removing the workaround in our libavcodec copy. It's not reproduceable
with ffplay.

I would like to keep the ticket around as reminder to test if our
workaround is still needed after each ffmpeg resync.

I should change the title as there are no decoding errors with the
workaround applied.
