[mythtv] mythvideo container errors

I am receiving these errors and not sure if it is a bug or something else.  I get them when trying to open mythvideo setup.

2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'extension_select'
2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'command'
2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'ignore_check'
2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'default_check'
2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'done_button'
2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'new_button'
2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Error: container 'fa dialog' is missing child 'delete_button'
2009-09-07 19:53:26.452 Cannot load screen 'file_associations'


When I try and open the video manger I get these errors:
2009-09-07 20:15:12.309 Loading window theme from /root/.mythtv/themes/blootube/video-ui.xml
2009-09-07 20:15:12.309 Error: container 'mythvideo' is missing child 'videos'
2009-09-07 20:15:12.310 Cannot load screen 'manager'
