Yes and a couple of other broadcast too, unfortunately encoding
parameters have changed.

Currently the multithreaded decoding works only if the frame is coded in
multiple slices and the loop deblocking filter has to be disabled across
slice boundaries (or entirely). please note this are settings in the
stream.

Disabling the loop filter manually enables multithreaded decoding only
if the loop filter is also enabled across slice boundaries.
