Hans, can you try out the patch on #7197 and see if it fixes the issue.  
If not, you can try the patch on #6208 (though that patch won't be the 
same as the final patch that's committed to resolve #6208).  If either 
or both (or both together) fix the issue, please let us know on your 
ticket.  If not, then we'll probably need backend logs with the same 
options as requested in #6208 (-v record,channel) and possibly frontend 
logs with -v playback,channel.
