[mythtv] Changing a slave BE to master

All you have to do is change that one IP.  You don't have to move the 
database.  You don't have to move recordings, or update the database to 
tell mythtv where they are.  Just that one option in the database or 
mythtv-setup, preferably mythtv-setup.
