One thing i've noticed is it still allows the TopupTV channels
into the database. Most likely reason i can think of for this
is that they are marked as encrypted in the tables, but when
the channel isn't broadcasting video, it has an mheg page up
telling you how to subscribe to their service. This obviously
isn't encrypted.
