You do realize, don't you, that Myth has SEEK (bound to Left/Right keys)
and JUMP (bound to Up/Down keys) bindings. The SEEK bindings are meant
for small/precise movement and JUMP for large movements.

By default, the SEEKFFWD is 30 seconds and SEEKREW is 5 seconds and, as
already mentioned, JUMPFFWD/JUMPREW are 10 minutes.

Therefore, assuming you modify your SEEKREW to something more reasonable
(as 5 seconds is often "in the weeds" enough with the approximations
used that you don't really move--even with seektables, because enabling
exact seeks is almost always undesirable), like 15s, you could go
1-minute back with 4 SEEKREW presses and 1 minute forward with 2
SEEDFFWD presses. Then, you can modify your JUMP to something like 3 or
4 min and get your "BIGJUMP" functionality with 2 or 3 JUMP presses (or
use it once to skip a block of improperly-flagged commercials or use
<number> Right/Left to skip a large amount...)

And available.

Using the existing SEEK and JUMP stuff?

Mike
