We can't release without the GPLv3 text in the package, anyway...  need 
to make sure that we're compliant with *their* licensing, even if 
they're not entirely familiar with how the gpl works.  :)

I'd actually like to get a couple of edits to the file to support our 
lack-of-streaming-server.  Will ping a flash dev who offered to help 
before, but didn't know enough about Flex (for the old player).

I also want to get this hooked up to the music section.
