[mythtv] FFmpeg sync comming

Oh, after that is working, the next thing to look at is a recent patch
based on ffmpeg-mt, 1st to make sure things still work with ffmpeg-mt
patch applied, 2nd stage to hook into multi-CPU decode framework!
