Ok, so if I make it a filter for ffmpeg and a patch for mythtv to use libavfilter 
(which would mean bringing that whole library over i.e. probably another re-
sync) now, would that get included, even though it doesn't give a benefit? Then 
when/if ffmpeg includes the LATM filter we would need a re-sync.
