Hi Robert,

It's not that the porting necessarily stalled, but rather that there
has been some discussion/pending decisions about how exactly the
porting of settings screens should proceed.  Several people have
(rightly) brought up that it might not be the best thing to force
themers to theme many dozen settings screens, so some of the settings
porting has been put on hold pending a decision about whether or not
there is a better way to do it (by allowing theming of the widgets but
perhaps automating the placement of the items on screen).  That's why
you haven't seen more porting of the settings screens.
