Just FYI I'm thinking about revisiting this work with a view to
tackling more than just the PBB.  MythVideo is also in need of some
menu lightening IMHO too - so with that in mind I had a rethink,

Rather than integrating menus & fiddling around with contexts why not
make the menu button toggle between them?  Obviously if a grouplist is
selected display the group context menu first, etc.  For example in
the PBB if the grouplist is selected the first press of MENU will
produce the group options menu.  Press MENU again & the recording
options menu appears.  Press MENU again & the popup is cancelled...

There was an argument against making only one menu available depending
on context - namely that it might be taken too negatively by some
users initially.  I wasn't entirely convinced but was happy to
incorporate changes to make both PBB menus available still without
relying purely on context.

In the case of MythVideo & other areas which rely on two different
menu popups, we (er, I mean I) could code the MENU key to cycle
between menus - and obviously absorb any context related stuff if need
be.

Additionally if any items can be merged or split into submenus... yada
yada yada.

I know there's probably going to be resistance to this kind of change
but I see this a) as a necessary tidying up (the need for two menu
keys has annoyed me for some time) and b) it'll help placate users
upset by the removal of arrow key accelerators.

Any thoughts?
