[mythtv] Ticket #7067: Initial DVD playback speed too fast.

Well,

I have applied 7076 on 22924. Since 3 days on 2 production FEs - so far 
- no issues with recordings/video playback.
Unfortunately issue with too fast playback of some DVD's is still present.
However I have impression that too fast playback occurs only on 
remastered DVD's  (I remove menus and only main movie+eng audio is left).
Playback speed can be fixed by going to time stretch and  changing it to 
! x1.0  for moment.
If there is special "test" scenario - I'll be happy to test and report.
