Mike, this was a minimal update to get the multirec patch to compile. 
I'm aware there are differences and possible reversions, but I hope that 
this works as well as my previous patches, which work fine for me 
(albeit for ATSC OTA only). Seeing as this will never be formally 
applied to -fixes and 0.22 will be released soon, I'm trying to keep my 
work on this to a minimum so I can update my system to run trunk.

Now... If anyone tries this new patch and it doesn't work the same as my 
old multirec patches, I'll look into it.  Also, if you or anyone else 
can provide a patch which fixes the revisions, I'll gladly incorporate 
it into my patch.  From what I've seen, trunk is different enough to 
make a backport non-trivial.
