Yes, this is the way it works-- I am only quoting what has been
suggested to me in the past, that theme images that use reflection
should have it applied beforehand rather than applying it dynamically,
and user-provided images (previews, covers, etc.) by their nature need
to use the reflect attribute.  In short I was told that while one
*can* apply it to theme images, why waste extra time when it's not
necessary?

I see now that one MythCenter has the reflect applied and the other
doesn't.  I didn't realize this.  What I was told, as above, makes
sense to me, but won't quibble about it if nobody feels strongly about
it.  I'll apply in a bit.
