A big lacking feature right now is that mythtv does not support vobsub
subtitles (idx + sub, graphical in nature instead of text). Most
people ripping their own dvds with subs will be using this as it's a
huge pain to do the whole text recognition thing (not to mention
there's no GOOD way to do so on linux).
