[mythtv] S2API support (Ticket #5882)

This is unfortunately not working for me.

DVB-S scanning is working almost as before with the exception that a tuned scan on a transponder does not do a network search (no other transponders are added).

DVB-S2 scanning times out if I do this as the first scan. If I do DVB-S scanning first and then DVB-S2 scanning then this does a new scan of the first DVB-S transponder scanned.

After DVB-S2 scanning DVB-S scanning does not work any longer (gives timeout). A reboot is the only (or at least easiest) way to make this work again.
