From my initial reading of AlloCiné's "Conditions générales d'utilisation du site" it is also on the list for replacement. One of my concerns is with VII. Propriété intellectuelle - Droit d'auteur - Droits voisins which seems to prohibit downloading.

I just add a look to the "Conditions générales d'utilisation du site",
They are basically saying that the user is not allowed to use the
service for Commercial purpose. The only sentence a bit unclear is :
"L'utilisateur s'interdit de "revendre" ou de mettre à disposition d'un
tiers et/ou des autres utilisateurs, à titre onéreux et/ou gratuit, le
Service." and hard to translate too (legal stuff ;) ). This "would" means :
The user is forbidden to sell or make available this service to someone
else for commercial purpose or for free.

But in this case you should not be able to use their "widget" on a web
site neither

Any that do could then be selected to appear on a new menu after the search button (if only a single script were selected it would work exactly as it does now).

Pretty net way to do it, I like the idea
