Good point. They shouldn't, but libmyth/audiooutput* was
failing due to those flags being there. Interestingly,
libavcodec had two sets of "-fasm -std=c99" yesterday,
so I'm wondering if there was some strange problem in
my local configure.
Am trying a few clean builds now to get to the bottom of it.
