[mythtv] Multiple Myths

Hi

I have two myth setups, one my normal home setup, the second where I am doing 
some development work (on a recording system using Osprey Composite inputs, 
but I digress)

The development box *keeps* learning about the main system despite my best 
intentions and mucking everything up ie (a slip somewhere some time) 

Encoder status
Encoder 1 is local on tigger and is not recording.
Encoder 2 is local on tigger and is not recording.
Encoder 3 is remote on 6pines (currently not connected)  <<<<<<<<<<<<.

Short of unplugging the lan, how can I prevent my development machine ever 
talking to the main machine. Firewalling 'tigger' is not an option, there are 
other local machines that DO use tigger
