Hmm, I was having the exact same stack trace, so I switched the assignment 
from float_to_int16_interleave_sse2 to float_to_int16_interleave_sse. Note the 
missing '2' and it fixed it for me. Then 15595 came out and I switched it back 
and it still worked.

Perhaps there is somewhere else that has a similar problem.
