This vdpau support added so quickly is cool! However can't say for sure if
its this changeset but my avformatdecoder.cpp is broken at line 1587 when it
trys to use 'xvmc_pixel_format' which is only defined at 1226 if
'USING_XVMC' is true, which in my case with a Nvidia 8500GT is set to false
in configure as it's unsupported on my gpu.

Apos if this is noise.
