[mythtv] MythWeb gallery module

Rob,
Let me know if I can be of any assistance in helping get #2923 into trunk.  Althought I'm not the original author of the #2923 patch, I have been providing updates over the last year and a bit (aka maverik044 and wstewart).  I am using it right now with trunk, it works quite nicely.
