[mythtv] XvMc-OpenGL and OpenGL-OSD

1) I will create a patch at some point, but it is a bit hacky at the moment.

2) I am using the latest NVIDIA drivers from ATRPMS.  Standard XvMC works fine, but XvMC-OpenGL doesn't.  Is this a known problem that has a ticket?
