1.0 is a mindset.  I used to think this way, but have since come to
see the light that it really doesn't mean anything.  Ubuntu doesn't
version their products that way, lots of projects don't.

If they did it your way, we'd be at release 22.0 right now instead of
.22.  Does a few decimal places really bother you that much?
