[mythtv] First sample clip file from Hauppauge HD-capture device available

The message is from Robert McNamara, who recently posted a single
frame from the clip at mythtv-users
(<URL:http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/319444#319444>).
He posted a link later in that thread to the clip he mentions in the
ffmpeg-devel message, but the mythtv-users thread had a
higher-than-usual quotient of foolishness and it was easily missed.
