[mythtv] decoder for DVD playback

Note I'm using the Playback profile of the default "CPU+"

I tried the CPU-- but the image was very poor lots of jagged lines
So perhaps the real problem is "Playback performance"
Note I have a Nvidia 6200 TC.. and I output to a HD480p component TV
