[mythtv] Multiple Favorite Groups (Aka Ticket #199)

First of all, thanx for working on this. This is the first time I'm 
testing this patch. Using trunk and your latest patch, when going to 
"Program Guide", all channels which are members of currently selected 
group are marked with an "X". Is there a reason for this? Also, 
selecting a channel in "Program Guide" does not switch the channel.
