[mythtv] Ticket #4497: Win32 builds broken after r15435

I never had a problem with cpu=k8 on Pentium D or on "Core 2 Duo". Although
I couldn't call it "fast", I haven't done proper comparisons.   ('Core 2
Duo' is aka Centrino, aka X86_FAMILY_6_MODEL_15_0)
