[mythtv] Ticket #4506: Reduce logging for rotor users

I've not tested without -v channel, but I'm sure you're right. Having been a
DVB user for as long as I have, I tend to keep -v channel all the time,
though thankfully I don't have the need to look at it as much as I've had to
in the past. However, when debugging an issue, it can get annoying looking
though hundreds of these log messages.
