[mythtv] cannot change channel on windows mythfrontend

Changing channels works ok in my setup (I haven't had to do anything
special), except that sound mutes and doesn't "unmute" after channel change.

This is a known issue with apparently no simple (and at the same time
acceptable) solution. See ticket 4376

explains the sound muting problem.
