Ah, never mind---I spoke too soon. I was looking at "new-schema"
programid's (e.g., check out PBS's "Pioneers of Television", which
counts from 1 in the last digit) vs what appear to still be
"old-schema" programid's that SD/TMS/whatever haven't changed over
(e.g., first one I saw in the XML from the grab looks like it's
EP00(etc), rather than w/trailing 00's). So I gather than, when TMS
extended the schema, it was specified that the two additional digits
went after the EP or SH, and not at the end? I was faked out by
looking at some noncanonical code, but, for example, it's clear
from looking at programid's for shows recorded under the DD regime
that, indeed, the SD-supplied data has the extra two digits
immediately after the EP/SH and not at the end.
