[mythtv] Video searh and stream (YOUTUBE)

Ok in 1 or 2 week, when plugin are most funcionality I submit it.

However i like know if you have especial condition to do a plugin
official or if need a exaustive review. I say this because don't want
work bad from the beginning and then fixed it.

If exist this condition, make a wiki paragraph whit this, think is good
idea.
