[mythtv] Resizeable window

Would it make sense to work on making frontend resizeable, when working in
windowed mode (and at the same time reworking/optimizing/switching to a
background thread resizing of theme images)? I think it's kind of clumzy
that even original window position is stored in the database, instead of
allowing the OS to manage it.

Has something like this been considered in the past?
