Stuart this _shouldn't_ be a conflict as they are in different
contexts. The "Teletext Menu" context should only be active after
teletext menu has been toggled on, and then all "TV Playback" and
"TV Frontend" keybindings should be secondary. (Other keys, such
as the arrow keys are bound in multiple contexts including the
teletext menu context.)
